Excellent welcome from Rita in guest relations, very attentive and efficient; the gym, massages were superb, and the airport shuttle was a big plus!

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious, the pool area was lovely, and breakfast was delicious and great value, but it took ages for meals to arrive when ordering from the bar or pool area.

The room was quite spacious for what we paid, featuring a comfortable 2‑person bed that wasn’t too firm or too soft, and a view overlooking the pool without street noise. The pool itself was fine, and a fruit basket awaited us upon arrival. While the service didn’t match European standards, it was decent for the Middle East. Multiple restaurants and an ATM were convenient, and the free shuttle to the airport and a nearby shopping mall added value. However, the phone directory didn’t list numbers for reception, housekeeping, or room service, which needs improvement. Wi‑Fi was weak, and the wedding party that took place Thursday night caused noise until 4 am without prior notice. The lobby was bustling with people and luggage, not a quiet spot but great for people‑watching. Overall, we’d return.

“Great hotel excellent location good value for money”

The location is good, but the swimming pool is not heated and there is no indoor pool.
