The place is right in the heart of the city, so getting to meetings or nightlife was a breeze. Unfortunately the Wi‑Fi kept dropping and there was no breakfast offered, which was a let‑down after a long day. Overall the location saved me a lot of time, but the lack of basic amenities was noticeable.

Staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I can’t think of any real complaints – everything ran smoothly and the vibe was pleasant.

The room was straightforward and clean, exactly what I needed for a short stay. The only downside was that the shower never got hot, so I had to endure lukewarm water the whole time.

Reception was top‑notch – the front desk team was attentive and quick to help with anything. The bathroom, however, had a terrible drain; water pooled on the floor and left the whole area soggy. Nice staff, but the plumbing needs fixing.
