Het meedenken van het personeel als ik een vraag had. Positief ingesteld personeel. Goed vers ontbijt. De locatie is top! Bushalte voor de deur!. Op de gedeelde slaapzalen zou het fijn zijn om daar ook papierenhanddoekjes te hebben om te handen te drogen. En in de douche wellicht shampoo/douchegel. Makkelijk voor de reiziger die dat niet bij zich heeft en een kleine moeite om pompjes op te hangen, toch weer een service erbij ;) Er waren veel Italiaanse daghappen in de week dat ik er was, dat vond ik wat jammer. Meer afwisseling zou welkom zijn :)

Nice location. I booked a 4‑person room but it was very small for four people, and I had to pay extra for towels; when I mentioned I’d never had that in a hotel, the reply was “stay okay, no hotel is”. There was also no shower foam, probably for the same reason.
