The staff were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel's grounds are seriously beautiful and super cozy, which is a great way to unwind after a long day.
The food at the on-site restaurant was top-notch, and we can't wait to come back.

“Overall they are still one of favorite resorts to stay!!”
I loved the scenery, the outdoor décor, and the updated pool chairs, cabanas, umbrellas, and room décor compared to my last stay; the whole place felt quaint, quiet, and relaxing. However, when we first checked in we were assigned a room at the back of the resort, where I immediately spotted moths, spiders, a sewer roach, and many mosquitoes, so I switched rooms right away, which made a huge difference. At night near the pool, we found ourselves seated over a manhole cover to the underground sewer, which is where a bunch of roaches emerge after dark; it’s unclear if that can be fixed because it’s part of the drain system.
The atmosphere was calming, but mosquitoes were a problem in the first room.

Everything about the property was absolutely beautiful. The staff were wonderful, the food and service at the restaurants were amazing, and the spa—especially the treatment—was absolutely fabulous. I’d rate it off the charts, but if I had to give a 10/10, I hope to return ASAP. I can’t think of anything to add.
“A Lovely Desert Oasis”
The place was gorgeous and we didn’t want to leave; the location was great with a short drive to the airport and close to fantastic Scottsdale restaurants and Camelback Mountain. The view was amazing, the grounds were well kept, and the staff were friendly. We dined at the resort restaurant one evening and it was very good. I can’t wait to return and stay longer. The only issue was that the entertainment system in the room wouldn’t sync easily, requiring several calls to service with no lasting fix; larger villas could offer a better refrigerator and coffee setup. There were many large cabinets in our room that seemed purposeless, perhaps a design choice that most people wouldn’t notice.
