The location was good, but the hygiene was catastrophic, hidden behind air fresheners; lift the sheet and see – we changed rooms and found the same issue, a single sheet separating us from guests’ urine in the mattress, and some forgotten items disappeared.

The location was excellent, the staff were kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean though a bit old‑fashioned but very pleasant, the breakfast was good, and the environment could be a bit noisy.

A small, very clean hotel in a great part of Palermo; the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but weekend stays bring loud parties in the piazza in front of the hotel that go on very late, though it’s not the staff’s fault.
