I liked the guy who looked after the guests; he was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the biscuits were nice. The room was tiny and a bit dated, the bed was too soft, and the duvet was too thick.

Breakfast was good and the location was excellent for catching an early train from Waterloo station. The room was okay, the bathroom was small, and the windows faced the railway bridge, making it very noisy.

I came for the Eagles game (Go Birds!) and had an excellent time! The space was great and the location was superb. I wasn’t expecting the check‑in to be in a pub, which was confusing and overwhelming, but once I got past that, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay again. Thank you! The check‑in being in the bar was a drawback.
