Garner Hotel Mahwah by IHG

I’m not sure if it was the room’s location, but the shower water pressure was great and there were no problems with hot water—something many hotels lack. I would have liked a mini fridge and a microwave.

“My stay was overall good. I loved the staff and they had amazing staff.”

I loved being surrounded by gas stations; the spot was fantastic. I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room.

The receptionist was friendly and the manager tried to fix the issues. The bed was decent and breakfast was okay. The fridge didn’t have a freezer, the AC was loud and cycled on and off, making sleep hard. A plumbing problem forced us to move rooms, and the new room leaked from AC condensate. There was no coffee in the room.

The place was pretty clean, breakfast was offered, the location is good, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are large and they also serviced the room. However, it took staff a while to fix the TV, a shelf under the desk fell off almost crushing my legs, and there was hair in the bathroom.

“A nice hotel with a good breakfast that was very quiet and comfortable.”

Getting here was easy, the room was very quiet and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Because it sits on a highway, you have to drive to get anywhere to eat.
