“With the exception of the reservation issue, the stay was delightful.”

I met a very pleasant gentleman manager who sorted out my reservation issues, and I was given a nice luxury room with a great view. Breakfasts were excellent and had a nice view, and every staff member was attentive and polite; any problem I raised was handled quickly. The building was pleasant, the driveway was wonderful, and the layout around the room made it feel more spacious and relaxed. I liked the dining room, and the staff spoke politely with respect. However, before I arrived I had a big confusion over the phone because the front‑desk person told me I had no reservations, then later found them for two days after the correct date. I exchanged multiple texts to fix the problem, and the admin tried to charge me a new amount by mistake. When I finally entered, the manager corrected the issue and confirmed my stay.

The hotel had a very old‑world, classy vibe with a modern touch, it was splendid, and the balcony offered an amazing view.

“A luxurious room with a beautiful view”

The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and luxurious, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the balcony gave great views, but getting to the beach and restaurants on Hawa beach required a 10 minute walk down a steep hill—easy for me, but the uphill return would be tough for anyone with mobility issues.
