The accommodation was very good and centrally located in Uppsala. The breakfast was fine, but they could keep more order, pick up the Swedish tables, and wipe down the benches.

Very good, well‑located, with a very well‑equipped kitchen! Practical and affordable.

The location is pretty good and central, easy to reach the central station and city centre. Overall, the hostel’s vibe is cute from the outside and in the common areas. The bed is quite comfortable. The shared bathroom was tiny, a cramped space for someone a little above average height, and it looked run‑down. The private room with shared bathroom was very dark and quite cold; the only window was a tiny dirty ceiling window, and the room sat directly under the roof, so the ceiling was diagonal, causing multiple head bumps when getting out of bed. The interior was basic and okay, but it needed a refresh and the furniture seemed unstable.

The room was absolutely charming with wood paneling and lace curtains! Small but with a compact furniture set—one bed (very comfortable), a small nightstand, a folding table, a folding chair, a basket armchair. It had many hooks on the wall to hang clothes, towels, bags, and suitcases. TV was included too, though only SVT1, which was enough for news and a few shows. Great to have a coffee machine in the kitchen! I brought my own breakfast on the first day; the next day I went to the sister hotel at Centralen for the breakfast buffet. The buffet was fine for 99 kronor, but I missed scrambled eggs and cooked meals. The hostel is centrally located, just a 5‑10 minute walk from Central Station, in a very quiet area. I would stay here again! The problem was that there were so many rooms and so few bathrooms—having separate toilets and showers would have been better, but it wasn’t an issue for me since I was traveling in low season. I had several showers available. I felt it was quite quiet, but my sleep was disrupted when someone was slamming things in the kitchen, though I was still at the far end of the building.

I really appreciated the independence the hotel offered, but the room itself was disappointing.
