The location was good, the pool was freezing, and breakfast was good but had fewer options than last year; there was less breakfast, no ready‑to‑eat fresh fruit, and they should have offered coffee or a filter jug.

The cleanliness was good, the staff excellent, the spa nice, and breakfast wonderful; the public transport near the hotel was a bit confusing, but that was due to the nearby renovations, which didn’t bother us since the hotel itself was nearby.

We went on a family weekend holiday with four families, including small children, and the place was perfect for that: a lovely beach, nearby water sports, a pleasant pool, a nice lounge, a bar by the pool and lobby, and even a scooter station; breakfast was rich and varied with vegan options, the staff were very attentive and helped with any question or request; there was a construction site close to the grounds, which didn’t bother me and even entertained the kids, and it didn’t operate during disturbing hours.

Moderni ja siisti, resortilla oli hyvin palveluita. Muutamat asiakaspalvelijat olivat todella ystävällisiä. Erityisesti rantabaarissa, aamiaisravintolassa ja smoothiebaarissa oli aivan ihanat asiakaspalvelijat. Rakennustyömaan keskellä, palvelu oli osin tylyä. Saapuessamme meitä ei toivotettu tervetulleeksi, eikä vastaanoton virkailija kertonut meille yleisesti hotellin palveluista tai käytännöistä, pyysi vain passit, kertoi onneksi kuitenkin aamiaisen sijainnin. Span poreallaspuoli oli pois käytöstä, eikä huomattu että tätä oltaisiin kerrottu missään (edes span vastaanotossa). Rantabaarissa oli todella paljon villikissoja
