One bathroom had flushing problems that the staff couldn't fix, so we had to use the bathroom on the floor above, which stank. At breakfast the food was cold, and when we asked for an omelette they said we could only get scrambled eggs.

Everything was very clean, the location was perfect, and most things were within walking distance. The view from the room was great, the pool on the 32nd floor was nice, but the pool and its bar on the 37th floor were under renovation during our stay. The kids’ play area was lovely.

The apartment was huge and spotless, with plenty of towels and amenities for all four of us. The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well. The pool was amazing, and they let us check in half an hour early because we had a work call. Nothing was wrong—everything was fantastic.

The hotel sits in the middle of the city centre, within walking distance of everywhere. Staff members Nurul, Mili and others were very friendly and helpful, and Nurul upgraded one of our rooms. The only downside was that they didn’t supply enough water in the room.

It was a comfortable and beautiful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby food spots and go shopping. Definitely a convenient and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommended! ✨
