We spent a wonderful time at Kacchapa Resort, surrounded by nature and tranquility that made it ideal for unwinding. The rooms were cozy and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our visit. It was a delightful experience that I’d gladly recommend and return to.

The bay location offers a beautiful pool and a restaurant‑bar area, giving off a relaxed surf‑village vibe that’s very quiet. The beach is pristine, but the grounds need some upkeep—drought is an issue, yet a tidy up would greatly enhance the amenities. Renovations are underway, which are clearly needed for parts of the hotel that are about 20 years old.

We loved the location and the facilities, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The bathroom felt a little neglected, and the pillow pads on the bed weren’t clean.
