AMICI Holiday B&B di Bielak Aneta Izabela

“Perfetto”

The place is easy to locate, and the room and service were excellent. It was spotless and equipped with every comfort; you can see the staff’s care in every detail, from the wide variety of soaps to the kettle, the heater/air‑conditioning, and the very kind owner.

I never even slept there, so I can’t describe the stay; I slept in my car instead. The B&B claimed I was at fault and that Booking had no responsibility, but in reality the dates I entered at payment differed from those on the receipt. I don’t know what happened, but I know I entered them correctly. We chose the property because of its great rating and reviews, and it probably would have been fine, but the customer service was terrible. The manager was on vacation, we only spoke with her on the phone, she didn’t believe us, and after a short time she even had us called by the police. Crazy, but true. I’m sure the property would have been good, just the support was lacking. Other guests likely had a better experience.

“Wszystko super”

The owner was very friendly and helpful in every situation. We arrived late when everything was already closed, and she immediately brought us food from home. We have never eaten such delicious lasagna anywhere else.

“Non male”

The cleaning was good, but the Wi‑Fi was not.

“Erholung war es nicht”

The room was beautifully decorated with love. Mr. Klositz was not firmly secured. The breakfast buffet was very old, dirty, the tablecloths had stains, and the plates were filthy. A cat was also in the room and jumped onto the chairs. The accommodation is right on the main street, and it is very noisy all night.
