“Location of the place is serene with beautiful views. But the stay not happy at all”
The hotel was far from the main city and the food junction; the only food options were from the stay itself with a limited menu, so I wasn’t sure if the food would taste good. The staff told us not to bring outside food into the property. The stay was very cold, the hot‑water supply inadequate, and there was no heater or other means to keep the room warm. Rules and regulations were unclear, the conditions were unacceptable, and the flooring was very cold.
