Everything was perfect: flawless service, meticulous attention to detail, top‑quality food and fittings. I was blown away by the kindness of the butler, reception, and servers—truly exemplary 5* hotel.

Everything was great and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the pool only opened at 8 am.

The location was spot‑on, the place was clean and of high quality. The breakfast could have been better for Europeans.

Everything was excellent, best ever. The staff treated me poorly and took 30 min to let me pay for the room I had already paid for at booking and at reception. After about 45 min they gave me a key to enter the room. In the evening I received a letter saying they hadn’t received the money and I had to pay again. I paid the bill twice, once via booking and once at reception. They didn’t like that; they were not correct. Now they claim they are fine, but they charged me twice for the stay.

The room was great, close to the lake with a nice view. The butler‑level service was amazing, even offering a night bed at this price. Check‑in was very meticulous, but I’m not sure how they cover it when it’s so crowded.
