The big king bed was so nice to sleep in.

The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the pool didn’t look inviting and clearly needed a good paint job, renovation, and cleaning, so we didn’t think it fit to use.

The staff were super accommodating and we were able to check in early. The place was clean, smelled good, and there were no negatives.

I liked the location and the fresh carpet, but the first room we were given was a disaster: holes in the walls, a mouldy shower, and a second “room” that had no door. The front of the oven was sticking out, paint peeled everywhere, and the bottom of the shower wall was rotten. Every wall was heavily damaged with chunks missing and unpainted. The drawers were glued together because they’d been broken. The bedroom door looked like it had been kicked in, heavily damaged with holes. The second room was better, with no dead cockroaches, but its bathroom was a wet, wet area; steam had nowhere to escape even with both windows open, and water leaked out of the wall‑mounted hair dryer when I picked it up. The shower curtain was 2 inches too short, so a lot of water fell onto the floor. Lots of paint was missing from the shower step and window sill, leaving exposed wood that was hard to clean. The walls were paper‑thin inside our unit and between units, so we could hear everything and had to watch our own voices. The Thermal pool was slimy and we avoided it because it was disgusting; I wiped my fingers along the pool wall and almost vomited, which feels like a severe health violation. The manager said he had no permission to fix anything from the company that owned the property. Never, ever again.

The place is close to town, but it’s very sparsely equipped and looks like it’s used by social housing tenants. This was my second stay, and I’m very unlikely to return.
