A nice end-of-property spot in Windhoek. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing else.

“On my first visit it was a bad experience for me so my stay was not good.”

We were double‑booked: another guest entered our room with a key card issued by reception while we were still inside, which was a terrible experience for a 4‑star property. When we voiced our disappointment, they merely apologized and claimed to take it seriously. I had booked a king‑size bed but received two single beds instead. There was no water in our room upon arrival, and the next day our key cards were deactivated. Overall, the first night was very disappointing and awful, rating it 1.0/10.

“Anbefaler ikke - pris og service matcher ikke”

The place is large with nice facilities like a pool, restaurants, garden, casino, and golf course. However, we ordered a room that was supposed to have a water feature and a coffee machine, but it turned out to have only a double bed, and I needed two single beds, so we were downgraded to a cheaper room yet still had to pay for the more expensive one. I had to request a coffee machine and only after paying did reception and housekeeping provide one for just two days. The standard room wasn’t fully clean and there were large insects crawling under the bed, so I’d rate it 5.0/10.
