The location is great, right in the center near Vijūnėlės lake, but the parking promised in the brochure was missing – we were off‑season, yet the lot was packed with cars and even the villa had no spots. The fridge compartment was jammed to the edges, its door never closed, and the fridge door itself stayed open, so food couldn’t be stored because it wasn’t cooling. In the middle of the second night, the hallway lights flickered because the bulbs had burned out; the doors were “paper‑thin,” echoing everything, making sleep impossible. The noise persisted all night, and we had to improvise a chair, pull out the bulbs, and remove the faulty fixtures ourselves. The listing claims heating, but in reality only the air‑conditioner is on, and it’s installed in just one bedroom; the other room was cold. We tried to message that we couldn’t find parking and that the alarm was broken, but Villa Evelina didn’t respond.
