I was pleased with the central spot, but the heater in the room was tiny and the bathroom had none, so during winter or a cold spring the night temperature dropped drastically; the room only feels comfortable in summer.

The location is fine, yet I arrived and had no guidance on how to access the property, and it took a while to reach the owner for instructions; the exterior lights were harsh and flickered like a disco all night, and only one of the two windows had curtains; the bed cover was thin with no duvet or heavy blanket, which was terrible for winter in Romania where Brasov gets very cold; the bathroom had no heating; toiletries were minimal, barely enough toilet paper with only a thin roll; the fridge behaved more like a freezer, so my sandwich stayed rock solid overnight; overall I am completely disappointed, and I rarely leave reviews like this, but this supposedly cheap property is far below its price.
I liked that it was close to the center and that it was clean, with great price quality; the lack of parking and some lack of privacy bothered me, but I think that can't be changed and I still see improvements being made.
