The lady in charge was extremely helpful, though her staff weren’t as cheerful, which was a shame; the hotel felt like a European property—clean with flawless finishes—and she kept everything very well organized.

This hotel in Trinco Town is very nice and the perfect launchpad for getting to Uppuveli, Dutch Bay, and Sandy Bay, which is the best of all. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The newly opened restaurant is also very good!
