Vị trí thuận lợi gần chợ Mũi Né, gần các hàng quán ăn uống. Chị nhân viên vệ sinh của home rất dễ thương. Phòng không có cách âm, mình bị làm phiền bởi hoạt động sinh hoạt của các phòng khác, không nghỉ ngơi được. Khách (người lớn, con nít) giật cửa phòng mình đùng đùng, cửa bị gõ làm phiền suốt khi có khách ở nhà vì họ tưởng cả khu home là của nhà họ. Home nên cân nhắc bán cho đoàn đừng bán khách lẻ
