The person who attended us was wonderful, attentive, and very kind. The room was super clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and having parking available was a plus we appreciate. Definitely will return.

“Buena estancia”

The place is spot on and spotless, and the staff are genuinely friendly. We arrived right in the middle of a heatwave, but they had a fan ready, which made it bearable. Parking is half a kilometre away, but it’s a plus that they offer parking (not all hotels do) and there’s a nearby public area with plenty of spaces.

The front‑desk staff were attentive, and parking spots were available for guests. I highly recommend it; the price‑to‑value ratio is great. Overall, everything was fine and nothing bothered us.

The location is good for day trips to nearby towns. It’s advertised as a disability‑friendly venue, but that’s not true—at least not for reduced mobility. The lift isn’t at street level, and the ramp to reach it is steep and long. Also, the parking isn’t in the same building; you have to walk a fair distance, and more than half of the path is uphill. After a heated discussion with Joaquina, one of the receptionists, when I told her the place wasn’t adapted and the parking was too far for me, she insisted it was and that it cost me more due to my difficulties. At least the owner later apologized, acknowledged that the ramp had a too steep incline, and said they were waiting to install a street‑level lift. He also talked with local police to allow us to park the car in the loading zone for the last two days. I appreciate his empathy, even though the ramp issue will persist until the lift works.
