The room was a real highlight - super comfy beds and a nice space to relax. Unfortunately, communication was a major issue - none of the staff spoke English, and even simple gestures like pointing to the bathroom didn't work. The coffee was lukewarm, and the evening restaurant was touted as a major draw, but it was actually closed. The location wasn't great either, with the city centre a bit of a trek away.
