The room was clean, though it’s a bit far from the city center. There was no hot water.

The location was good at first and everything looked fine, but inside the place felt a bit neglected; the mattress was awful and at night we found three bed bugs, so they moved us to another room, but it was still terrible.

The location is great and the balcony view is lovely, but there was no hot water during our stay; my partner and I had to bathe in cold water because the front desk never fixed it, even after we called that night and again the next morning.
