The room and the property were clean, and it’s located right in Tsim Sha Tsui city proper, but the bathroom is a bit small.

It’s conveniently close to all the shops and tourist spots.

The location is the best part of this hotel: the MTR station sits just beside it and shops line the main street of Nathan. Two separate entrances make it easy to drop off by Uber from any surrounding street. Most staff are Filipinos who are very friendly and accommodating; a Chinese man—maybe the owner—was also nice. The room is tidied daily, trash is collected, and they’ll hold your luggage after checkout so you can keep exploring before heading to the airport. However, the room is too tight for two double beds, with no space to move or a table for your things, and the electric kettle leaves no room for coffee or tea. A common area outside the rooms smells of cigarette smoke, and you have to borrow an iron from the lobby each time. We spotted cockroaches on the wall beside our bed. The bathroom feels old and moldy, its door lacks a lock, and there’s no privacy cover.

The spot is great, right next to Tsim Sha Tsui metro station, but the rooms live in a residential building that’s hard to find even with local navigation. You have to pass a steel door on Nathan Road into a building called Golden Crown Court and then take an elevator on the right to the 4th floor. I booked a budget room but wish I’d spent a bit more for comfort. If you just need a bed and don’t mind the lack of home comforts, it’s fine; otherwise, do more research. I booked a double room while traveling solo to fit my backpack, but the first room I got was a single, cramped cell: a bed squeezed between two walls and a makeshift bathroom where you had to keep the door open because the toilet wouldn’t fit your knees. My partner didn’t come, so he wouldn’t have had to watch me use the toilet in that tiny space. No window made the room feel claustrophobic, and the handheld shower flooded the 2‑sqm bathroom, leaving a moldy, musty smell. The mattress was so hard it felt better on the floor, but the space was already full of my backpack. The décor was shabby and falling apart. I complained to reception the next morning, and they moved me to a slightly larger room with a bedside stand, which was probably the double room I’d originally booked.
