The materials felt high‑quality, the place was impeccably clean, the staff paid great attention, and the breakfast was varied and generous, but the lift was out of order on the third floor (we were warned beforehand).

The location is convenient, within walking distance of all attractions, and the on‑site parking is good. The room is large with a separate lounge, and overall it’s a beautiful space in the old part of the hotel. The outside seating area is lovely, though it gets very busy. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, dropping out frequently, and the coverage was open to everyone, which made it unreliable. After traveling across Europe and staying in many places, I found the breakfast here to be the weakest in terms of variety and quality that I’ve experienced in a while.

I stayed in a Junior suite that was spacious, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the historic center, and we parked our car in the hotel garage. However, there were no hooks for hanging bathrobes, so we had to rest them on the radiator or sink. Also, the hotel entrance was not at the listed address; it was actually on a side street next to the one indicated.
