The place was well situated, but the bed was very uncomfortable and I couldn't see the balloons from the terrace.

The location, the courteous and attentive front‑desk staff, the breakfast, and the room furnishings were all great, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Because the shower enclosure has no door, every shower splashes water across the entire floor, leaving a mess; the hair dryer even gets wet, which could be dangerous if used afterward. The shower head is clogged with debris and has a side crack that sprays water onto the wall. The only good part is the shower, but you have to turn it off to lather. As a Brazilian who usually takes at least one daily shower, I find the shower inconvenient and prefer the traditional shower.

The hotel is close to the city center, the staff were very friendly, and it was clean. The only drawback was the lack of light near the bathroom mirror, but that’s a very small issue.

The location was excellent and the price was fair. The courtyard looked lovely, and the room had a nice cave‑hotel vibe. The staff were very helpful and arranged a car rental for us. We enjoyed our time here and would love to return. The only issue was that in room 202 the shower had no door, so water splashed onto the floor; we hope a shower door can be added.

Everything was perfect, from the hotel’s location—truly fantastic—to the spectacular view. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and meticulously cared for. Breakfast was plentiful and very good, but what we appreciated most was the kindness and availability of all the staff. We felt truly at home. A wonderful experience that I would definitely repeat!
