The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a car so the location also suited us perfectly. We had a great time, I would definitely recommend!

Clean and spacious, the room had a toilet and a calming interior. The private bath was reasonably priced and very enjoyable. The shampoo and treatment were better than what you find in typical hotels. It was my first time staying somewhere other than a hotel in Hakuba, and I had kids, so I was worried, but the privacy was guaranteed and the staff were very pleasant, so I felt safe. The only thing I could mention is that a breakfast would have been appreciated. Also, the room next to the private bath had a slightly noticeable boiler sound, but the bath closes at 10 pm, so it didn’t disturb my sleep.

“An excellent place to stay for your vacation; you will not regret choosing it.”

Akira, the host, is very kind and friendly. As someone who cannot speak Japanese, I greatly appreciated his excellent English, which made communication easy and enjoyable throughout my stay. The lodge sits in the middle of a beautiful forest, where you can enjoy fresh air and the peaceful sound of a nearby running water. The natural surroundings created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere during my vacation. The lodge is also conveniently located near the beautiful Hakuba Happo Pond and many other popular tourist attractions in Hakuba. I truly loved the atmosphere of the lodge. If you are driving, it is very convenient to reach the surrounding attractions and nearby supermarkets. The facilities and amenities inside the lodge are new, clean, comfortable, and cozy. There is also a spacious dining and living area for guests to use, with snacks and drinks provided. The onsen was excellent and very comfortable, making it a wonderful way to relax after exploring the area. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. It is absolutely worth the money. I have nothing further to mention.

The owner’s friendly personality always gives me peace of mind, the facilities are spotless, and I could relax comfortably. When a double charge appeared on my bill, the owner called ahead to resolve it, which was a huge relief.
