“Pésimo servicio oooo!!!”

I booked online and got a confirmation email, but I was never told that I had to pay in advance even though I had left a card as a reference. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, having already notified them that I would be arriving at dawn, and I was shocked to learn that there were no rooms left and that my card had been charged because they had sold the room! No one could help me at that hour because there was no staff, and I was alone, feeling desperate and helpless. All of this, plus the frustration of having to find a place to stay on my own, made it a very bitter experience. The service was terrible, especially the way the cancellation was handled without any notice to the customer.

“Funcional, debe especificar horario de transporte”

The rooms are small, which works if you just need to sleep and be early at the airport. The staff helped me figure out what to eat at midnight. The morning buffet is compact and very good for the included meal. The air‑conditioning unit was intrusive, taking up space in the room and making it hard to move around. The air it expelled smelled damp and “stale.” The advertising says there’s transport to and from the airport, but they didn’t pick me up on the way out because the service only ran up to 2 hours later. The next day they did bring me back.

Nothing at all! Absolutely nothing! Everything was dirty, stinky, and just terrible.
