A nice and very modern apartment in a quiet part of Sutomore, also connected to two nice beaches nearby. The owner is a very kind person.

The owner was approachable, helpful, courteous, and friendly, with excellent communication via WhatsApp; he sent the coordinates of the pension immediately, as well as the Wi‑Fi password. In the message he also indicated where the key was and the apartment number. I can highly recommend this pension. It is further from the beach, but for those who prefer a quieter setting it is great.

The location is a bit off‑center, so we walked a lot. The advantage is that from here it’s easier to reach the relatively free beaches of Malivik and Štrbina. We tried walking to the city beach, but there’s nowhere to drop a ball. Another plus is that the apartments are away from all city traffic and busy roads – it’s fairly quiet compared to the rest of the town. The room was clean and pleasant when we checked in. A firm memory foam mattress was good. Overall it’s convenient and well equipped. The balcony offers an excellent view of the mountains and the sunrise. The leather base of the bed is awful; it creaks when you shift at night, probably disturbing the neighbors below. Another downside is the poorly designed roof over the room entrance, so wind whistles loudly at night, making it a bit hard to sleep. There are no blinds on the balcony door. The light fixture above the room door shines very brightly into the window at night, so I had to cover it with dirty T‑shirts or towels.
