The surroundings were calm and the breakfast was excellent. The room was large with a private bathroom and a balcony. The only issue was the limited space in the shower of this particular room; other rooms have larger showers.

Everything was clean, the bathroom modern, and the room had up‑to‑date amenities like a water bottle and a coffee machine. The shower partition only covers one side, so the toilet and floor in front inevitably get wet despite careful use – that’s puzzling. TV works only via the built‑in Fire TV Stick; satellite or cable TV is either missing or not set up on the TV. Ironically, a note on the device says the settings shouldn’t be changed.

The rooms were very nice, spacious, and bright – great. The breakfast was a bit dull.

“Grundsätzlich netter Aufenthalt in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung.”

The reception was very friendly and everything else—room, bed, bathroom, cleanliness—was fine. The breakfast, however, was disappointing: nothing was refilled and at 10.00 am on Sunday we were asked to leave, which is acceptable during the week but not on a Sunday.

“Großartige Gastfreundschaft zu moderaten Preisen”

I stayed there for one night because of a late appointment and, since no other rooms were available, I booked a triple room for myself alone. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated, the bathroom feels brand new, and a mosquito net in the bedroom window kept the rural setting from bothering me. Two armchairs were comfortable for watching TV, and the breakfast was excellent for the price—rarely have I had such delicious filter coffee!
