There were two people at the front desk; one said I could pay at check‑in. I stayed two nights, but the booking was for ₹1067 per day. They charged ₹3,400 because the dollar rate had risen. No room service, no cleaning or bed‑sheet changes. The door lock was broken, and the balcony door with French windows (full glass) slid open without a lock. There was no hot water, yet the staff always smiled.
