“I showed up at 2 AM. They couldn’t check me until 2:30 AM because the printer was down. I was then woken up at 5:20 AM b”

“Stay somewhere else.”
The location was good, but I got double‑charged and the room wasn’t clean. The hotel stopped charging us for the stay, yet they still haven’t refunded the extra fee.
“Avoid”
The property itself was fine, but the hotel double‑charged me. I’ve messaged them twice and received no reply, leaving me out of pocket for £140.
“I won't stay at Holiday Inn again.”
The room wasn’t cleaned, and the lobby coffee station had no creamer left. Inside the room, there was only one cream and one sugar packet, and overall the cleanliness was poor.
“Don’t stay here”
Nothing, didn’t stay there . So called manager decided to cancel our reservations while we were on the road without a phone call! She says she called the 3rd party who we booked through and informed them. I feel a good manager would have called the customer directly. She says they were overbooked, even though we booked 5 months on advance. Was she sympathetic? NO !! She was a complete jerk!!!. Nothing
