“From staff to cleaning the room was bad”

The location is good, but my experience was poor and I wouldn't stay here again.

“I would definitely stay here again, in fact I did after returning from another trip”

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the location was great, and the gym was fully equipped. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet was overpriced for what it offered.

“For a 5-star hotel... it left a little to be desired.”

Breakfast was reasonable, but for a five‑star hotel I expected more variety; only sliced bread was offered for the entire 15‑day stay, and there were few cakes. I also had water problems in the room during the first few days; the staff said it was a temporary repair issue. When there wasn’t enough water to flush the toilet, I was moved to another room with hot and cold water. The new room had decent space, a comfortable bed, and pillows, but the cleanliness was lacking—carpet not vacuumed, dust under the bed and on furniture, which was tough for my dust allergies during a 15‑day stay. For the price, the service should have been five‑star, but it wasn’t.
