The location was fine. The room’s lock was broken, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the bathroom had no door.

The staff were polite, breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The shower was wonderful, with plenty of hot water, which was great for the cold day. I think the room had been closed for a while because when we opened it, we felt a mix of disinfectant and mold; opening the window improved it. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, no place to hang clothes or towels while showering, no chair, puff, or other seating for meals in the room, and no trash bin in the room.

The front‑desk ladies were friendly, especially Renata who handled everything efficiently; parking was great, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, the TV was good, breakfast was excellent, a free coffee was offered at reception, and the staff showed great respect. The shower leaked, the bathroom had a step that could be dangerous, the shower enclosure only protected the toilet basin, and the open shower area should have a curtain so the water doesn’t splash onto the basin.
