The air conditioning worked well. The showerhead was missing its holder, the room felt like an empty jail cell, and the place is in a remote spot where the road to the beach on Google Maps is inaccurate. The owner replies slowly, even when I asked for extra towels. It looked clean at first glance, but a closer look under the bed and around the room revealed poor cleanliness.

The outdoor area and pool are gorgeous, tucked right in the jungle away from the chaotic main street of Ahaghama, making it very relaxing. We saw plenty of monkeys that even came onto the property. The room was comfortable, nicely furnished, and offered a beautiful view of the jungle canopy from the window. The kitchen was a nice bonus. I highly recommend it. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, but they supplied plenty of repellents and incense, so it didn’t bother me while sleeping.

A nice, quiet spot with a lovely courtyard and pool, just 5 minutes from the beach. The room was wonderful, with a great bed.

The staff were very friendly, and there was a large swimming pool.

The best part is definitely the pool and the spacious outdoor area that lets you relax and cool off even on bad beach days; the staff are also helpful and courteous. The room was too small, about the same size as the bed, so I could barely move around. There was no space to put luggage or clothes, no coat rack, and no wardrobe. The bathroom was clean but had an unpleasant smell, probably from the sewer pipes.
