My parents were warmly welcomed by Camila, the place felt very comfortable and tidy, and everything they needed was provided; the whole setup was very well organized.

Only the staff were friendly and helpful. They failed to mention that breakfast was not included in the reservation, and I couldn't tell whether the nighttime noise came from guests chatting in the corridor or from staff, but it really disrupted our sleep.
