Good staff, very helpful and courteous. Also, the room was very clean. We had a 2 single bed room that had 1 duvet/blanket. An additional one for the other bed wasn't available at the time we asked so settled on additional sheets. Additionally, the shower drain was not clear and overflowed requiring us to 1) use towels to clean up the mess as well as then getting wet, turning off shower to wash and turning on shower to rinse

It was cheap we were only there one night. You get what you pay for that's it. Clean and bright. Tiny room you couldn't swing a cat. Only two pillows on the bed. Difficult to access the room you had to get the lift and then climb some stairs and cross an internal bridge to get to the room. It's an old building

It was a pleasure staying at your hotel. I was very impressed by the excellent service and the warm welcome, especially from Ilias and Tobias. They are both highly professional, always helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I would be delighted to visit your hotel again!
