“Nice property”

The room was clean and neatly organized, the front‑desk staff were very pleasant, and the air smelled fresh—not damp and old like some other hotels. However, the heavy doors to the rooms and restrooms kept banging on and off all night, waking me up, and the in‑room coffee creamer and sugars were awful; please remove the minuscule dry‑powder items.

“Great access to BART, no free coffee, very comfortable and new rooms.”

The rooms were beautiful, the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, the location is within walking distance of BART and there is a Starbucks in the same parking lot, and the downstairs bar is very nice and also serves food. On the downside, there is no free coffee in the lobby and no buffet breakfast; the only breakfast available is a paid option, and unlike typical hotels, nothing is free. The coffee that comes in the rooms is single‑serving tray style, not a Keurig, and the coffee in the rooms is pretty awful.
