The location is great and the staff are friendly, with plenty of restaurants nearby, but parking is only available on the street.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, with several stops nearby and the LRT station Astana Arena just across the botanical garden; there are many places to eat and it’s generally quiet even during the day. The room’s sound insulation is good. They allowed an early check‑in for an extra fee without any issues. A shared ironing board and a working iron are provided, and bottled water is placed in the room while a water cooler is available on the floor. The only downside was a rough moment at check‑in when the rate changed before my arrival, because I had booked months in advance and the amount turned out higher than shown on Booking; the staff still issued my documents. It would help if guests were notified when rates change. Also, the protective glass in the bathroom is not tall or wide enough, so if you’re a tall person, hold the shower head in your hands to avoid splashing water on the floor.

I stayed at the hotel for five days on a business trip and everything was very enjoyable. The room was clean and cozy, and housekeeping cleaned daily. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, tea, and water were always fresh. The location was very convenient: everything needed was nearby, and the LRT was close, which was great for getting around. I especially want to thank the front‑desk staff for their politeness, attentiveness, and help; they prepared all the necessary documents for my trip quickly and without problems. Thank you for a comfortable stay; I would gladly stay here again.
