We loved everything: the location, our room, the hostesses Francesca and her lovely dog Bella! The breakfast was brilliant, and the stay was truly marvelous. Hope to return soon!

The property sits in a quiet, beautiful little village. The barn was very clean and homely. Parking was allocated to the property within this tiny village.

The hostess was very welcoming and had arranged everything to make us feel comfortable. She invited us to sit in her garden and served hearty, delicious breakfasts. The village is very quiet, has a lovely church, and a good food pub.

Francesca was an outstanding host—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She personally prepared breakfast, with Bella the sausage‑loving dog lending a hand, and the dining room felt like a home kitchen. Our room was spotless and fully equipped. Harberton is a charming, small village; we were fortunate to meet several residents who happily shared stories about life here, past and present. The large dedicated parking spot beside the property made parking hassle‑free at all times. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Church Barn.
