The hotel sits on a really nice street full of street art, and the service is the best. Courtni helped me so much, she is incredible! The hotel is clean and you also get to choose a small breakfast every day. I will definitely come back if I am in NYC.

What an amazing surprise! Untitled is super well located next to Chinatown and Soho. The place is sparkling clean. The pastry and hot beverage for breakfast make all the difference. And finally, the staff, always kind and attentive. 0

Graffiti, location, cafeteria, staff. The sliding door in the bathroom might have been in my room and gave little privacy.

Loved the included breakfast items, loved the rooms and view, loved the location. The pillows are terrible - switch out at least 1-2 of them for a higher end pillow. Also the bathroom absolutely needs conditioner - you need to include
