The room layout was good and comfortable. There was a serious insect problem. They were far too numerous in the rooms, making it hard for my children to sleep, not to mention the heat in the mezzanine despite the "air conditioning".

The location was the only good thing, but the rooms and bathrooms were dirty, the carpet on the floor had stains, there were a few cockroaches in the tub and bathroom floor, and there was almost no space to move around in the room.

There weren’t many options to choose from, and we had booked three rooms instead of two; after calling to correct it, the staff on site told us we wouldn’t be charged for the third room, but that didn’t happen and Booking charged us a fee, which was very disappointing.
