“Good stay”

The spot is great, and the breakfast usually hits the mark with plenty of options for everyone. When I asked the young male housekeeper for fresh towels, he was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, we spotted black mold in the shower near the base of the wall; we tried to scrub it out, but it was tucked under the caulking. Also, guests with trucks and trailers parked sideways, blocking other spots.

“Was a very good home away from home.”

Breakfast was fantastic, and the beds were super comfy. The staff were all very friendly. The only downside was the air conditioner that sounded like an airplane taking off.

“Decent.”

THANK YOU LARRY! I had a terrible encounter with one of the front desk receptionists. The Asian lady didn’t even try to help. I had booked months ahead, and when I arrived around 7 pm on Friday she asked for the name on the reservation, I gave it, and then she said, “I don’t have you down for any reservations today.” I showed her the confirmation from the booking app and she immediately said this isn’t our reservation, just stared at me. Larry came over and she asked him to help me as if I were a nuisance. While Larry was assisting, she wrote a sticky note to Larry as if I wasn’t right in front of them. I felt so upset and she offered no apology whatsoever. I contacted the hotel and the person who helped me called right away! The issue was resolved after 20‑25 minutes. I disliked how she kept glancing at Larry’s computer after she brushed me off. Please give Larry my best regards, but I won’t book here again after this inconvenience.
