The receptionist Pedro was outstanding—gave me a perfect score of 10. The restaurant messed up my dish, sent the wrong plate, and when I complained they didn't pay any attention.

The location was good, and the instructions were clear. The room had no maintenance; the air conditioner didn’t work and I asked for a fix. The staff tried to repair it but made a mess in the bathroom and the room. I had to change rooms that night, which was very unpleasant.
