The staff didn’t communicate well with each other, the breakfast was terrible, and the valet parking was a disaster. We were charged $60 a day for parking, but after they told us our car was fine where it was, we received a call that we had to move it. We were already at the park, so we had to leave and return to the hotel to sort out the parking situation.

The hotel is close to the park, the room was a good size, and the staff were helpful. Parking was an issue, and a random step on the second floor made it hard for strollers and wheelchairs.

The place feels more like a parking lot, but it’s spotless and they keep traffic flowing smoothly. The mattresses have big dents everywhere, so the beds really need an upgrade, and the bathrooms lack towel hooks, forcing us to stack towels when more than two people stay or when the kids swim, which is inconvenient.

The location is perfect for Disney, but the breakfast started at 7 am and I couldn’t eat later.
