The property feels very welcoming, the owner is super available and hospitable, the breakfast is super‑super‑super, we also dined at the osteria "Al contandin" and must applaud the hospitality and quality of the dishes.

I stayed in a huge apartment on the main street of the village and we had a great time; the farm restaurant where we dined was also excellent. I would suggest installing a bathtub guard, otherwise you risk flooding if you’re not careful.

The location is superb—just on the edge of the Prosecco core area, already merging into the woods. Because we were a group of four, the entire house was ours; on the ground floor there’s a large living room, a bathroom, a big fridge with water, and a Nespresso machine stocked with many capsules. The building is clearly an old, venerable house but fully renovated, making it a very pleasant country house. On the first floor there’s a huge room with a double bed and two single beds—somewhat reminiscent of an old hospital—with a kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The second floor is better organized, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds); if you can choose, I’d recommend the second floor because the view of the vineyards is even better. Check‑in and breakfast were handled at the Osteria opposite the family’s property; the food was plentiful, and we were unexpectedly offered omelettes. A private parking spot is about 50 m away; otherwise parking in the town itself looks rather poor. We blame ourselves for speaking little Italian, as our grandmother—about 80 years old—welcomed us, but in Italy you’re supposed to communicate with hands and feet anyway.

The setting is charming. It’s a family-run agriturismo with an on‑site osteria that’s always run by them, just a short walk away. They welcomed us wonderfully; the osteria was closed that day, yet they kept it open just for us.

Carla and Laura are wonderful, super helpful and warm. The room had everything you could possibly need.
