SİMGE SULTAN' old cty

They’re not honest, there’s no breakfast, the bed is single, and the cleanliness is very bad.

I was told the place was a hotel, but it feels more like a barn, absolutely terrible. I was tricked by your location claim. I arrived and found no rooms; we booked two rooms for five people but ended up sharing one. There’s no air conditioning, no housekeeping, bathrooms are ruined, no breakfast, and the room was infested with insects. I have photos of every issue. Please investigate and refund my money.

“سيء جدا جدا من كل النواحي”

I booked two nights and paid the full amount online before arriving. When I got there, the staff said there were no rooms at all. He wouldn’t refund me and treated me very badly and disrespectfully. I booked two nights and paid online before arrival, but when I arrived the staff told me there were no rooms and refused to give me a refund, treating me poorly. Nothing! What a disgusting hotel. Please see photos—they’ll tell you everything you need to know. There’s another hotel with a similar name—be aware this is the same hotel! We had live mice in the room stuck to a sticky trap screaming to be released. They refused to refund us because the room was habitable, so we lost the whole amount for 15 nights. L

“NESATISFACATOR”

It’s a mess, feels like a garbage dump. The photos are fake, the place is a disaster, the rooms are filthy, the staff are rude, and the extra bathrooms you booked on Booking don’t exist. There’s no parking, no small dining area, only full furniture with dirt.
