“It make my trip hell”

I didn’t like anything. They gave me the worst room: I asked for a single double‑bed room but received a separate room for two people. Long hair was on my bed and floor, the smell was awful, and the bathroom was filthy – the worst experience.

The location was fine, but there were cockroaches and no toilet paper.

Only the location was ok, but the staff was rude, the room had a cockroach, the hotel charged us more than the listed amount, and they also tried to lie/scam us.

“Please take action against such hotels. They loot you upon arrival and does not provide anything”

Nothing good at all – it’s just a gimmick. I booked an AC deluxe room but had to hand over 1000 in cash per day for AC usage. The room was filthy, everything was broken, the toilet didn’t flush, no power sockets worked, and even after switching to another room the same problems persisted. All linens were torn and no toiletries were provided.
