View into the forest. No dining table, very damp and no dehumidifier, no dishwasher despite a very modern kitchen.

“Muy buena!”

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff were charming. A young man welcomed us upon arrival and patiently explained all the activities we could do. From 15:00 to 17:00 they offered coffee that was very good and had beautiful views. We had expected a buffet breakfast, but it wasn’t, although it was acceptable.

A beautiful hotel tucked in the woods, surrounded by a huge estate where you can wander, see plants, hummingbirds, the Esfinge butterfly, and a stunning landscape. In the afternoon they serve a complimentary coffee and cake, which you can enjoy while taking in the views and relaxing in a privileged setting. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. The rooms are not in the main building and the bathrooms are too small, but those are minor issues.

“chambre indépendante/agréable. Joli parc pour se ballader, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de resturant”

The hotel sits on the edge of a forest, with a hiking trail that lets you spot animals like agouti, hummingbirds, motmot, and more. It’s quiet, and the independent rooms are very pleasant, featuring terraces and bathrooms. In our room the bed was a bit close to the walls, making movement difficult; each room seems set up differently. Another room had a musty smell.

“Séjour en pleine nature”

The staff greet you warmly. The rooms are exposed and close to nature. Breakfast is excellent, and they can adapt to guests’ allergies. The property is well‑located on the Monteverde Park road, and even though it isn’t in the city center, there are quality restaurants not far away, such as Thomas and Thiago.
